This online Benzene Safety Training course provides employees and supervisors with the knowledge required to recognize, evaluate, and control hazards associated with occupational benzene exposure. Developed in alignment with OSHA’s Benzene Standard (29 CFR 1910.1028), the program covers health risks, permissible exposure limits, monitoring requirements, and control measures including engineering practices, work practices, and personal protective equipment. Participants will learn how to identify regulated areas, interpret warning signage, understand labeling and hazard communication requirements, and properly use respirators and protective clothing. The course also explains employer responsibilities for exposure monitoring, recordkeeping, and medical surveillance, including initial and periodic examinations. Upon successful completion, participants will be better prepared to protect themselves and others, comply with regulatory obligations, and contribute to a culture of safety and health. A certificate of completion is provided to document fulfillment of OSHA’s benzene training requirements. A certificate of completion will be awarded to document successful training. 90 days to complete 30 mins of instruction time
