This 8 hour EMS Instructor Refresher course reviews instructional topics aligned with the 2002 National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors. Topics include teaching with technology, increasing learner engagement, grading rubrics, learner assessments, neuroscience of learning, unconscious bias, critical thinking, and copyright principles. This training aligns with the requirements by the State of MN for EMS Educators. A certificate of completion will be awarded to document successful training. 90 days to complete 8 hours of instruction time
